SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

All the orders will be delivered straight from our door to yours by UPS.
In Finland, we also use Posti and Matkahuolto.

International orders where the painting is larger than 100 x 100 cm, will be shipped on a roll to keep the shipping costs down. You'll then need to have it stretched or framed locally by a professional framer. If you want us to ship your large painting (over 100 x 100 cm) as ready-to-hang, contact us and we’ll discuss more about the options & costs.

Domestic orders will be sent within 7 business days.
International orders will be sent within 14 business days.

We will contact you in case of any delays on our behalf.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or the customs.

The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes that may apply to the order. If the package appears damaged upon arrival or goes missing entirely, please contact us immediately. The customer has 14 days from receiving the artwork to request a return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including packing materials. The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition straight back to our studio. After we have received the returned item, we pay the refund for the purchase price of the artwork, minus any original shipping costs included in the price. The commissions are always non-refundable.

Available payment method in the shop is Debit/Credit cards.
For alternative payment methods like bank transfers/invoices, MobilePay, Klarna etc, please contact us.

Looking to spread the cost of your artwork?
We offer convenient, interest-free installments up to 12 months.
Use the following codes at checkout to select your preferred payment plan:

INSTA2: Pay in two installments
INSTA3: Pay in three installments
INSTA4: Pay in four installments
INSTA5: Pay in five installments
INSTA6: Pay in six installments (orders over €300)
INSTA9: Pay in nine installments (orders over €300)
INSTA12: Pay in twelve installments (orders over €300)

Orders under €300 can only be split into a maximum of 5 installments. The customer pays the first installment immediately at the checkout. Separate invoices for the remaining installments are sent to the customer via email and they are due each month, following the initial purchase date. Late payments incur a 9.5% interest fee and a €5 reminder fee. There is always a 14-day grace period for invoice payments. Our standard 14-day return policy applies to installment purchases, calculated from the date of order arrival. Ownership of the artwork remains with the seller until it's fully paid off.
